A 632-word editorial that discusses the behavior and dress habits of some Blacks in urban cities. Written by Larry Gore, Jr., a Metro Detroit-based writer.
PREVIEW:
Many could refute it; many may agree with it simply because there is a colossal truth behind the matter that there is an instinct difference between Black people and niggas.
While a different stance and an intense argument may flare up when discussing this sensitive, subject, the very people that is being discussed are living right up to the livid expectations and seem to have absolutely no shame.
Indeed, this is an in-house discussion and should not be talked about amongst other races, but it makes Black people look shamed in the eyes of the world.
For instance, only “niggas” would come out the house wearing house shoes and scarfs in public places. At the workplace, you see them on their cellphones with an apathetic work ethic and always having an unpleasant attitude…again, these are the ones that strongly constitute as “niggas.”
It would be downright unjust to say that only niggas thrived off staying at home while collecting unemployment checks because truth of the matter is that in these times, especially with the pandemic going on, many honest people needed it, but it is only temporary.
In an urban city such as Detroit, you can practically get a contact from the weed smoke and hear loud rap music coming from blocks away.
In the urban city is where you will see people doing donuts in the middle of the street at 3:00am in the morning. Even on social media you can see the ignorance and apathy in large proportions; indeed, “niggas” give Black people a bad name and image.
